Mr Gary Malone/HSEF (Gary) has been employed by Central Demolition Ltd. to undertake the roles of Health and Safety Advisor, Training Manager/Co-ordinator & CDM-C.

Gary has worked for Central Demolition Ltd. for over three years and has implemented a full health and safety management system. He also undertakes audits and inspections in respect to our Demolition/Asbestos Removal operations as well as our Recycling Station and Workshops. He liaises with the HSE and other relevant bodies. Gary has also undertaken the roll of CDM-C on various projects which also involve our company.

In terms of our training requirements, he has also implemented a regime ot cover al of our employees requirements and has set up Central Demolition Ltd. in its own right to become an S Q approved centre to cover and deliver SVQ's to al of our employees. The training programme that Gary has implemented and achieved throughout his three years, will result ini taking al of our workforce to 100% compliance with CSCS, CCDO &CPCS. Some of the training has been carried out by Gary, who is also an approved CITB Trainer.

Gary is thorough and professional in his approach and has a thorough knowledge of the Construction/Demolition Processes, whilst adopting both hands-on and common sense approaches. We would have no reservations in recommending Gary Malone for any Health and Safety/Training or CDM-C roles.
