"Gary Malone has acted in the capacity of Health and Safety Consultant since the Company's inception some live years ago.

At a strategic level Gary assists us in the formulation of our policy and procedures and advises on current Health and Safety legislation. He meets with our Director and Construction Manager to review these procedures and their application on each of our construction sites.

Gary undertakes a formal Health and Safety audit on each of our construction sites on a monthly basis. This constitutes a thorough examination of all activities on the site and obligates our site Managers to rectify any shortfalls within a designated period.

He manages the training of our staff and operatives and undertakes several of the training courses personally. He has also acted in the capacity of CDM Co-ordinator on several of our projects.
